We Offer Maersk Drilling IT is an international organisation moving forward in constant development. We are currently entering the roll-out phase of a company-wide ERP System based on an IFS technology platform. In order to secure a successful implementation and future development of the ERP solution we need an experienced Application Manager Finance that will thrive by driving development and integration of the Finance module of ERP in close cooperation with stakeholders. You will be part of a truly international working environment where you will be working close together with the ERP Project organization, business users and IT professionals. In the ERP Project organization you will have a key role during the ERP implementation and roll-out. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Finance area of the ERP system are functioning smoothly to ensure a glitch-free working environment for the project. You hold the overall end-to-end service delivery responsibility for the Finance ERP system towards MSS. Once the implementation and roll-out phases are completed, you will be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of the financial area of the application. In general, you will be: •Leading continuous improvement of the application in close dialogue with all of Maersk Drilling and the remaining ERP Application Team •Ensuring system performance according to business needs and IT standards •Participate in and lead development projects of new and improved processes in cooperation with our customers Key Responsibilities As Application Manager Finance you will have the end-to-end responsibility of the Finance solution for Maersk Supply Service (MSS) including; •Business consulting approach towards our customers driving continuous improvement •Advices and supports BPO organization on optimization of processes A key task is being the customer’s trusted advisor, providing operational support through an extensive knowledge of the financial processes of an ERP system. The position includes the operational management of our 2nd level support team in the Philippines. You will be based in our office in Lyngby, Denmark, and report to the ERP Team Lead. Given that Maersk Drilling is an international organisation operating globally, some travel activity can be expected as per business needs. Who we are looking for We are looking for a team player who is confident with driving and delivering results in cooperation with colleagues and external parties across Maersk Drilling. You have an entrepreneurial mind-set and results oriented approach to your work and you possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. It is important that you have solid ERP experience where your focus has been on the financial aspects, but you also have a solid understanding of the cross-functional business processes of an ERP system. It is not important that your ERP experience comes from working with IFS, but it is an advantage. We imagine that you have at least a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field but we put more emphasis on experience and your proven results in your career so far.
