On behalf of Biogen, Adecco is looking for a Recruiting Partner for a minimum of 12 months’ employment - starting as soon as possible. Your primary focus will be recruiting for a variety of Functional Units at our manufacturing site in Hillerød. This is a great opportunity to join a modern and efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) function where recruiting is handled in corporation with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, HR and external recruitment partners. Your tasks: As Recruiting Partner you serve as the primary TA point of contact for the clients and you are the main driver of the end-to-end recruitment process. Your job will include, but not be excluded to, following tasks: • Consult on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost effective manner. • Supplier management; devise and action sourcing strategies to include third party supply. • Supplier partnering; monitor the service delivered by 3rd parties; identifying and resolving issues as appropriate. • Manage full lifecycle recruitment. • Interview candidates and present shortlist for each role within the specified timeframes. • Own the relationship with the short listed candidates invited for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided. • Manage candidates from initial application to first day on-site including job offer process. Your Profile: The ideal candidate has some years’ experience from a similar position in biotech, pharma or technical industry. Alternatively from a recruitment agency, ideally onsite or RPO. What is important is that you have experience with the steps in the recruitment and selection process. Experience with supplier and/or stakeholder management will be seen as beneficial and we assume you are comfortable in a central, coordinating role. As a person you thrive in a multicultural environment where things move fast. You are an energetic and analytical person with strong communication skills. You take ownership and enjoy engaging with people at all levels. Finally, as we are an international company you need to speak, write and read English flawlessly. Fluency in Danish is preferred.
