Can you use your knowledge of the market and sublime analytical skills to develop, deploy and anchor global commercial processes by state of the ark CRM and marketing automation systems? Then you might be a good match for the position as Business Analyst! You will be situated in our Danish HQ in Smoerum - just outside Copenhagen. You facilitate important, strategic decisions focussed on the market In your new job, you will be working closely together with the development team’s Scrum Master and together you drive the development of technical solutions to support our processes. You orchestrate the collaboration between Danish CRM architects, Indian developers, HQ stakeholders from Sales and Marketing Management, and supers users and General Managers in countries from all over the world. An important part of your job is also to ensure that the team remains a strong unity with good communication and collaboration capabilities. You do this by guiding and motivating all members in doing their best so you reach the common goals in time. In relation to the rest of the company, you act as single point of contact while you remove all impediments for the team. Summed up, your working days will be characterized by a huge degree of diversity. Your main overall responsibilities will be to: Facilitate important strategic decisions, the building of solutions and execution in the market Help define, refine and implement the future better practice business processes in the global Hearing Care market Help analyze complex market requirement in order to commercialize them On top of this, you can look forward to a substantial amount of travelling days (30-40). You learn from the market and ask the right questions In order for you to be able to perform well in this position, we expect you to hold a relevant MSc in Marketing, Business or similar. On top of this, we expect you to have: Demonstrated 5 years of experience working successfully with facilitating teams; ideally as part of a consulting organization or as a business analyst Experience in prioritizing competing demands and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholder Demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view A willingness to jump into projects and situations and make sense of ambiguous details in multiple domains A genuine passion for quality software Experience with modeling business processes Want to join the team?
