- Research Scientist - Denmark - Måløv We are seeking a motivated immunologist with interest in antibody characterisation and assay development/automation to join the department of Immunogenicity Assessment. About the department Our department is responsible for assessment of immunogenicity, immunosafety and mitogenicity of new pharmaceutical drug candidates within the diabetes, obesity, haemophilia and growth hormone portfolio. We develop and validate assays for immunosafety, mitogenicity assessment and detection of antibody responses to drug candidates using a variety of assays types e.g. RIA, MSD, ELISA, Biacore and cell based assays. The job You will set up assays for characterisation of antibodies in samples from clinical and non-clinical studies. You will write validation reports and may also be involved in and assay automation. You can look forward to an interesting and challenging position in a department with science and data driven scientists and highly skilled technicians. Qualifications You have a background within immunology and preferably have industry experience within drug development. A candidate with experience in antibody characterisation or assay automation will be preferred. Good communication skills are important and as we work according to international guidelines and quality systems, a high level of quality mind-set is also essential. You are a result-oriented, dynamic, flexible and dedicated team player. You have a good sense of humour and a large capacity for handling different tasks at the same time.
