Business oriented Team Manager for SAP Finance (FI/CO) & HR

Carlsberg Global Business Services (CGBS) offers a newly established role in the team for Application Services Backend & Analytics supporting Western Europe, with responsibility for ensuring precise and timely resolution of tickets and change request developments. The role is supported by 4-5 specialists, who are strong in the functional and technical aspects of SAP. The role has a strong business and process focus, and it is thus not required to have configuration experience in SAP. More importantly, the role can pinpoint business needs and ensure that the technical organization delivers what is agreed-upon. The Job Within finance, you will be the primary link between the business and IT. You will be in direct contact with key stakeholders such as local IT Directors and functional experts, and act as trusted advisor and partner. Within your business processes you will act as 1st point of contact to 3rd party vendors ensuring top level performance. You will be overall responsible for prioritizing activities, setting the KPI’s and developing your team within Finance & HR. You will make tactical plans and prioritizations for system updates and changes – SAP Finance (FI/CO and related applications incl. OpenText) & HR – where you at all times balance between what makes business sense and what can work together with the rest of the IT value chain. On a more operational level, you will act as counterpart and escalation point towards the India Development Centre (IDC), when it comes to overall priority setting and follow-up on performance. Technical amendments and configurations will be managed by your team and You will work out of the Global HQ in Copenhagen, where most of your team is also situated. You should expect 20-30 travel days yearly, primarily to Europe and India. The Profile We are looking for you, who can link business and IT based on your strong skills in financial processes (accounting, controlling and reporting), and you combine your specialist skills with e.g. team lead or project management experience. You may be working as Controller, SAP Finance Super-user, SAP Process Specialist or IT SAP Finance Project Manager. You are preferably also familiar with SAP HR and OpenText. You combine your process and system experience with experience from having worked with incident management, and you have probably been your department’s “go-to” person, when something has not been working. Your professional experience is combined with a communicative, service-minded and solution-oriented personality.
