We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Business Process Manager to join the eBusiness & Global Processes team. Global Service, eBusiness & Global Processesn the eBusiness & Global Processes team Vestas' global service business was spun out as a separate business unit during 2014 due to the growing commercial and strategic significance of the service business. With our corporate strategy "Profitable Growth for Vestas" we have communicated specific, ambitious growth targets for service in coming three years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally. The eBusiness & Global Processes team is responsible for developing the business systems, processes, information infrastructure and eBusiness/eServices necessary to support this transformation. All change programs and solutions are defined closely together with colleagues across all service functions - both corporate and regional. Responsibilities: As Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall Service Process landscape integration, process engineering for operational processes, communication, documentation, stakeholder engagement and global implementation. Your responsibilities: Execute business process management practices to increase the profitability of our Service business Support standardization, integration and implementation of global processes Manage interfaces between Service and other areas of the organization with clearly documented internal SLA's and input/output quality criteria Process improvement and kaizen events across different organizational areas Ensure close collaboration with the Service Business Process Experts community as well as the Subject Matter experts in the sales business units Process support partner for business and IT projects Act as BPS as Service representative in our Vestas Management system community, Responsible for keeping the Service Processes in our process portal updated at all times (incl. adding processes for new products, services and systems), Conduct yearly Process Review and Process Update for the Service Domain as well as the Product Improvement Domain (part of ISO certification) Qualifications: Academic degree Master level or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant role for international company Superior understanding of Vestas (or comparable other) organization's Process landscape, preferably in a SAP environment Lean / Continuous Improvement experience and training Detailed understanding of critical path of customer satisfaction and operational excellence (i.e. from Vendor to Customer) Competencies: Ability to map, design, and publish processes and roles (preferably in ARIS) Able to plan, facilitate and conduct workshops and training Strong on networking in a cross cultural environment Ability to work in an complex environment with multiple priorities and many interfaces with the rest of Vestas organization Superior written/verbal presentation and communication skills in English What we offer: You will contribute to developing a high-performing and high-paced team in a global environment.
