You will join the team of Indirect Purchase, which ispart of a dynamic and global purchasing organisation, where you will interact with a number of stakeholders across Grundfos sister companies and Group functions. The team of Indirect Purchase is placed in Bjerringbro, and is part of the global Group Purchase function, where colleagues are places at various locations around Europe. As a Category Manager in Indirect Purchase, your key responsibilities are: • To define strategies for the sourcing categories you are responsible for and ensure the strategic development. • To drive sourcing processes to identify potential new suppliers or optimize existing supplier portfolio. • Take responsibility for projects and stakeholders involved. • To identifying mail cost drivers and conducting relevant benchmarks. • To leading negotiation with suppliers and close contracts on favourable commercial terms. • To optimising the supplier portfolio, analyse spend to identify savings potentials and to consider and compare total cost scenarios. • To building strong relations to internal stakeholders. As a person you are: • Analytical and structured • Tough and trusted negotiator with the ability to build relationships • Expertise and skills to manoeuvre in a large organization You ensure that sourcing strategies are developed in cooperation with relevant stakeholders just as youexplore opportunities for optimising total costs, analyse supplier market and spend, negotiate agreements and further develop and optimise the supply chain and the supplier portfolio. Your main area of responsibility will be sourcing of IT and telecom related products and services. Besides this you will also have the opportunity to be responsible for sourcing projects related to other categories to support the rest of the team. You will therefore build strong relations with internal stakeholders in other Group functions in the company and with sister companies. It is important that you continuously follow the trends and market development within your area of responsibility to be able to consider relevant benchmarks. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? We’re looking for an experienced Purchaser who has: ? Significant experience with IT and telecom related products and services ? A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within Purchase and sourcing. Preferably from an international organisation and preferably with sourcing of IT and telecom products. ? Specific experience with sourcing of indirect service or products. ? You are a professional
