Manufacturing and Global Sourcing, Controller Factory Hammel Vestas Controls is a production unit that produces and supplies electrical components and modules to other factories within Vestas. It is the mission of Controller Factory Hammel to ensure on-time delivery of controller components/modules with World Class robustness and reliability through a safe and motivating work-environment. Responsibilities: Manage, lead and develop direct reports based on Vestas Leadership Model Factory production development Technical production support Implement tools & equipment First line support on tools & equipment Factory ECM owner Maintain equipment & building acc to standards Business Continuity management Optimization of existing processes Secure Best Practice Sharing Budget accountability Qualifications: Relevant engineering degree or similar Minimum 3-5 years' experience within production support Solid knowledge in development and maintenance of production documentation Experience with people management Competencies: Lean, six sigma green belt or similar Use to work in cross functional teams Service oriented Focus on time schedules, resources and agreed deadlines.
