And can you drive change processes and implement best practice tools to support the value chain? Then your next job could be as a Change Agent at Danfoss Refrigeration Automatic Controls. Working with committed leaders and colleagues, your job is to pave the way to optimal value creation by initiating continuous improvements. Your main place of work will be in Nordborg and the position involves responsibility for two sites. You will report directly to Senior Director Supply Chain. Drive improvements across a production environment As part of the Supply Chain Operations team you will launch initiatives that seek to increase productivity, strengthen performance and create a strong culture of continuous improvement of the value streams in our supply chain. More specifically, you will drive data analysis, advisory services, specification and complex problem solving just as you set goals and establish results according to agreed objectives. A large part of your job will also be to: •Carry through DPP pilots (DPP = Danfoss Productivity Program), Kaizens and Six Sigma projects •Ensure sustainability of Lean knowledge throughout the organisation •Secure development of shop floor audits •Improve performance – by training employees, supervisors and managers in applying Lean tools and adhering to standards •Improve the root cause problem solving process •Coach and challenge supervisors and managers through a change process Manufacturing expert or ambitious engineer with change management skills You could be an experienced manufacturing expert or an ambitious engineer who is up-to-date on Lean. In any case you have change management skills from driving projects and you have a burning interest in applying your knowledge and skills to implement improvements in a production environment. You have a problem solving mindset and are able to work structured. To be successful, you must possess a high level of energy and drive and thrive in the role of initiator and consultant. At the same time, you need to be able to communicate with colleagues of various professions as you will be operating at multiple organisational levels. Danish is required for this position.
