Join HR Platforms Are you HR and IT savvy, and would you like board a multifaceted HR career in a world-renowned company, where you will help implement our solutions within Time & Attendance and Payroll and manage/develop our SAP platform?You will be part of HR Platform team. The department manages and supports global and local HR processes and the HR IT system platforms. Here, you will join a team of 14 dedicated and experienced Human Resource professionals, where you will get a unique opportunity to take on an exciting position with great development and career potential. In 2016, we will implement SAP Time & Attendance including payroll at our factory in Mexico; we continue rolling out global SAP Time & Attendance solution for all our Brand Retail stores; and we are implementing phase 2 of a new SAP Payroll system for Denmark. Along with these projects, we have the responsibility for operational assistance to existing SAP Time & Attendance solutions in Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, China and the US.You participate in the implementation of rolling out SAP Leave Request and phase 2 of a new SAP Payroll system for Denmark and over time, you will get more responsibility of managing the operational challenges on the Time & Attendance platform. The role involves a wide range of tasks, including supporting process owners in the conversion and development of their reporting solutions. When the implementation has been completed, you participate in the continuous development while ensuring that the benefits from the new features and suite of technologies are applied to improve our overall solution. In another substantial part of the position, you participate as business consultant in the on-going development and maintenance of the applications. As such, you help drive the global super user organisation, conduct 3rd level business support and help implement and launch platforms to new countries. Furthermore, you conduct classroom and online training as well as updating the training material and serving as a consultant to key stakeholders globally and locally. The international aspect of this position will involve travelling approximately 5-25 days per year. HR Profile You have a university degree in Business, Science or IT You have at least 2-3 years experience with Payroll and Time Management applications Experience with SAP/ERP would be a plus You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and Danish would be an advantage As a person, you are energetic, self-motivated, flexible and able to learn and drive numerous processes in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and you can operate across the organization and interdisciplinary boundaries. You think in global solutions but are able to translate these into specific solutions in a local context. Finally, you have solid analytical and excellent presentation skills and can serve as a strong advocate for the business while seeking the best possible HR solutions.
