Carlsberg Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for an outstanding Change Management Consultant, to focus on the people side of the many changes that our comprehensive project portfolio brings about. Your responsibilities: The job requires working closely with project managers and business partners to analyse, design and lead organisational change management efforts of varying size and complexity. In doing so you will apply change management methods, processes and tools to focus on the people-side of change. Your main tasks will be to: •Develop and execute change management strategies in relation to Carlsberg’s change initiatives •Design communication strategies and prepare the corresponding communication material •Identify change impacts on the business and ensure that end-users are equipped with sufficient knowledge to adopt the new solution – e.g. by design training programme´s for the end-users. •Mobilise, involve and inform stakeholders throughout all project phases to ensure change readiness •Drive activities that raise end-user awareness, understanding and satisfaction with the new solution In addition, you will be required to build and maintain strong relations and partnerships across Carlsberg’s many markets and functions. You will also have the opportunity to influence and further improve the change management process used by GBS. About the Change Management Team The Change Management Team is part of Global Delivery, which holds the delivery responsibility of all IT and process related projects within Carlsberg. The Change Management Team is specialised in advising and supporting projects, thereby ensuring that the finished solution is adopted and the planned benefits realised. However Change Management Team also play an important role in realising GBS’ own strategy and the corresponding organisational adjustments. Finally we are overall responsible for GBS’ communication strategy, processes and channels. Desired skills: You have experience from a similar position either working internally in a large organisation or working externally as a consultant assisting larger organisations. You hold a relevant university degree (Could for instance be Cand.Comm. or Cand.Scient.Soc. or similar). In addition to this you possess the following qualifications: •Solid understanding of the dominant change management methodologies and theories •Exceptional communication skills, both written, visually and verbally •Ability to transform complex and often technical matters into clear messages targeted a non-technical audience •Strong facilitation skills, incl. the ability to design and run workshops •Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships •Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal •Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges •Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office package, especially when it comes to Power Point. Experience with SharePoint is an advantage Travel may be necessary at times.
