- Administrative - Denmark - Søborg Global Development in R&D is responsible for conducting clinical trials and project management which are key elements in development of new drug products and devices. About the department In the GLP-1 & Obesity area in Global Development, we are in total 75 people dedicated with a wide range of early to late stage drug development projects within diabetes and obesity treatment. Within this area, we are looking for a full-time Team Administrator for the Medical & Science department. The job As Medical & Science Team Administrator you will be responsible for driving the administrative processes and supporting the project activities towards agreed goals and timelines. You will work closely with the two Directors of the GLP-1 & Obesity Medical & Science Teams 1 & 2, and also be engaged with approximately 20 physician scientists on these 2 teams. You will be responsible for arranging Medical & Science Meetings, including scheduling, taking and distributing minutes, preparing slides, and other tasks related to supporting these meetings and communicating with the various stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide support for the Medical & Science team compliance with Novo Nordisk policies and procedures. There will also be additional scheduling related tasks and responsibilities, as well as ad hoc responsibilities that may arise. Qualifications Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably with relevant training in medical terminology. Being part of a multi-cultural team, fluency in oral and written English is a requirement. You are a skilled user of various IT systems including MS Office. It is important that you can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good communication and collaboration skills and a sense of humour. You are service-minded, good at problem-solving, working independently and proactively in a busy environment, and you have a broad overview and sense of details.
