Creating engaging stories Carlsberg Group’s Corporate Communications team is looking for a Director who is passionate about identifying, and communicating business messages in an inspiring way to all internal stakeholders. For this position we are looking for a very experienced communicator who masters to create engaging stories through writing and the use of pictures and presentations, no matter whether you are editing internal news to employees across the world or developing leadership communication on behalf of our top executives. The Corporate Communications team is a part of Groups Corporate Affairs and consist of six highly specialised and dedicated colleagues. You will be reporting to Vice President, Corporate Communication. Your main area of responsibilities will include: Communications advisor • Act as senior strategic communication advisor for HQ functions, as well as local/regional communication colleagues. • Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders to improve and deploy communication tools, infrastructure and processes to raise the level of interaction and dialogue. Position Carlsberg Group as an engaging and ambitious company and work place with Thirst for Great! • Develop innovative platforms for dialogue and vehicles for internal communication as well as documents, presentations, etc. • Act as Project lead for critical HQ projects and events, e.g., conferences and HQ meetings Business Communicator • Engages colleagues in delivering content – as well as writes personally engaging and convincing internal articles, announcements, large strategic communications etc. • Identify, plan and develop communication across brands, companies and geographies, which explain the journey Carlsberg Group is on, and strengthens the commitment to the continuous integration of companies and cultures. • Acts as Editor in Chief on internal media, by continuously striving to raise the bar – making our communications more clear, compelling or creative and establishes a clear editorial line. We are looking for a candidate who: • Have minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in similar position. • Have an educational backgroundasM.Sc. in communication, Business Adm., Journalist with business understanding, or similar relevant academic communication background. • Has a proven record of strategic communication planning & project management • Is fluent in verbal and written English. Danish is an advantage but not a prerequisite • Is an excellent writer • Has a natural ability to develop communication across platforms and media • International work experience is an advantage You are a motivated self- starter, driven by new challenges. You establish and build trust-based relations internally at all levels. You have a persuasive personality with experience in complex organizational settings. You are structured and you are thinking 2 steps ahead for every communication you develop. You are good humoured and work well under pressure, and you are not afraid of going ‘that extra mile’.
