Then you may be the colleague we are looking for to strengthen our global development activities in Engineering Production (EP). You will be responsible for EP’s development activities in India, Denmark, USA and Russia, consisting of approximately 75 persons. Our development activities are historically based in Denmark, but we are aiming at globalizing this area. You will be part of the global EP management team consisting of 5 persons with the overall responsibility for the continued development of more than 500 colleagues in EP ensuring that we deliver the best possible service to our customers, both internally and externally. Your daily tasks will cover both operational issues in connection with our development, 3rd party and investment projects, as well as strategic initiatives, such as optimizing our development project portfolio and strategic development planning. Your responsibilities •Ensure satisfied customers •Create revenue from our development activities in collaboration with internal partners •Overall responsibility for development and maintenance of our technology product portfolio •Ensure close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders •Balance focus between development and project support •Ensure that our technologies are competitive •Develop and motivate a highly skilled and dedicated team •Prepare EP’s development capability for future needs •Globalize EP’s development activities •Optimize our development portfolio •Enhance the mindset for innovation across the entire EP organization •Promote ideas and results from EP’s development. You •Have an entrepreneurial mindset •Have an extensive background within development of complex technical solutions •Are highly motivated by creating results through your organization •Can convey strategic targets, plans and strategies •Are not afraid of making high demands and know how to achieve your targets •Have extensive experience working with global teams •Are an excellent communicator •Are an excellent networker across departments, units and borders •Have several years’ experience as a leader, probably including responsibilities as a leader of leaders. Qualifications Your educational background is most likely technical with a supplement of customer, leadership and development skills. It may also be something completely different. Most importantly, you are passionate about development.
