If you can answer yes to these questions, you may be the intern we are looking for in Business Support, Sourcing Operations, Bagsværd. About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is the central purchasing area in Product Supply, responsible for inbound supply chain for the thousands of materials going into productions worldwide. We are 10 programme & flow managers in Flow & Standardization, among other responsible for building robust processes through standardization and continuous improvements. The position We are currently looking for an analytically strong and ambitious Supply Chain intern, who can analyze data sets to uncover interdependencies and bottle necks in the flow of materials. Moreover, we are looking for an intern who can support our flow & programme managers in data analysis, implementation of systematic problem solving and roadmap actions. Our aim is to make our processes more robust. Your main role will be to participate in improvement projects, programmes, flow boards and drive data based supply chain analyses. Additionally, you will produce ad hoc analyses with the aim of supporting the management decision-making. You will be teamed up with an experienced flow or programme manager. Internship Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months. Start date: 1 August 2016. Qualifications You are studying a relevant degree (i.e. in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management) with excellent results, and you have high competency level of MS-Excel, are able to present your analysis convincingly and communicate efficiently with stakeholders. As a person, you are positive, outgoing and have an analytical mind-set, where you know how to get to the core of complex problems and make them understandable for others. You have a passion for supply chain, have the ability to explore various possibilities and structure your own work. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills and are keen on coordinating and navigating between many stakeholders in a busy environment. Lastly, you speak and write English fluently.
