Then come and join our Customer Service team. Execute customer centric service In this role, you will execute customer service to enable LEGO Education markets to succeed. You will engage with the LEGO Group's Supply Chain to leverage Customer Logistic & Distribution to meet the standard and deadline required from our customers. Your key activities will be: Processing orders, and managing the coordination of orders Handling shipping documents Managing processes concerning inquiries on deliveries Processing claims Dealing with a variety of different ad doc tasks Building relationships with key contacts to improve or leverage opportunities to enhance service quality Enabling every student to succeed LEGO Education delivers playful learning experiences to all school levels, primarily on elementary and middle school. Inherently you interact with customers to know their requirements and needs. To succeed in this job it is furthermore essential that you: Are a team player who proactively engages with your colleagues to handle issues and initiate mitigating actions Are flexible and thrive in a changeable workday, and are able to independently create an overview and prioritize your tasks Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices Have plenty of confidence and personality to make a positive impact on our customers Are experienced with Microsoft office and SAP (or other ERP systems) Speak and write English proficiently. Having previous experience in an international customer service function and from handling shipping documents will be a plus.
