Build data systems and related processes In Mould Qualification (MQ), you will join a department with global responsibility for mould and mould process optimisation. In this setup, you will be responsible for building our data systems and related everyday processes. The aim for you will be to deliver an optimal setup that provides valid data, so we can improve the quality of our moulds and support lead-time adherence and monitoring. And with time, you can grow - along with the job - into a more manager specific role. Your responsibilities will be to: Function as a quality expert that can combine a solid process understanding with building and maintaining data systems Design and create data extraction from SAP into Excel and/or SharePoint databases Establish and maintain routines for periodic (weekly) production of reports on KPI's and an error registration and documentation database system Within short time frames, develop and maintain database systems enabling processes not currently available within SAP (First Time Through system, FLOW monitoring system and others) Train colleagues in the usage of data tools, and engage in quality activities supporting data sampling and behaviour Global collaboration is a key to your success You will join a culture that is known for its cooperative mind-set and dedication to quality all with the purpose of delivering playful LEGO® products that thrill children of all ages. In MQ we collaborate closely across our 3 teams and production sites and within the whole Engineering & Mould organisation. So will you, and in doing so, you will build a detailed view of an intricate value chain. The personality to drive improvements You will need a strong personality, fit to drive improvements and challenge solutions in a highly successful business that is often met with time constraints. However, you will also be part of an organisation, where you can use your positive and can-do attitude to influence people and make changes with a great effect. Being trustworthy and consistent in your decision making, you always act professionally, just as you are good at stakeholder management and engaging people at different organisational levels. You speak and write English effortlessly. We are flexible in terms of the kind of experience and background you need to bring to the table, but we imagine you have at least some, if not all, of the following qualifications: Experience with detailed quality work and processes, root cause analysis and process optimisation in a production/engineering/technical environment An engineering degree or another technical education and training in LEAN / Six Sigma, as well as an understanding of functional skills within essential engineering activities Previous success in driving change in a technical organisation with highly skilled knowledge workers and understanding of the moulding business and principles Experience designing databases and ensuring data validity, along with advanced Sharepoint competences and Basic SAP experience, including the extraction of data from SAP Bringing it to life "Experiencing the difference of working with data based quality improvements and without will teach you a lot!
