Shaping the future of digital products In this role, you lead a team of cross-functional experts in a new area as Director of Digital Product Experience. You work out of the Digital Solutions department, a part of the LEGO Consumer Marketing Agency (CMA), where we develop a wide range of digital experiences for internal clients. It is your job to foster the digital quality and an unfailing user experience on all levels, focusing on our clients and consumers around the world. As Director of this new area, you: Shape the future of the Digital Product Experience, including the identification of missing internal capabilities or services to secure a consistently high product quality. Lead and set directions for the teams QA, UX, Digital Performance Analysis and SEO implementation to ensure constant digital product improvement. Ensure a consistent state-of-the-art user experience across all our digital touch points as well as a constant quality on all digital experiences delivered by CMA. Work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders to identify product quality measurements and activities as well as improvement potentials. Are overall responsible for setting up, maintaining and executing on User Experience Guidelines. A natural leader with an impressive digital profile The challenge here is to split your focus between taking the lead on aligning and emphasising user experience across all our digital touch points and leading your team by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the fields you are heading. In order to do this, you: Have a relevant Master's degree within business administration, information technology or similar and 7+ years of experience with digital business solutions and development on a global scale. Have leadership experience and are a natural leader with unquestionable communication skills and an unwavering ability to take charge of overall deliverables. Have a strong background working with digital user experience in a production or development environment and a proven track-record of delivering excellence focusing on end-consumers. Raise the bar and strive for the best, are passionate about digital innovation and have a keen eye for trend-spotting plus a clear understanding of what makes a great user experience on a device-agnostic level, both for web and mobile.
