Do you have the skills and experience to drive standardisation of our global planning processes? Then take on a key role where you ensure stakeholder alignment across the organisation and help drive projects forward. Develop and implement planning principles You will join our Corporate Facilities (CFAC) Project Management Office (PMO) which supports our Global Project Management team with development and implementation of LEGO® standards, processes and tools. As a planning specialist, you will be based in either Billund, Denmark, Enfield, US or Shanghai, China, and you will take on a global role where you set the planning standards for mainly large construction projects. Your specific tasks will include: Helping develop time management processes, progress reporting and project milestones Developing and maintaining tools for analysis such as milestone tracking, critical path and float analysis Creating tools to help identify the flexibility within the planning process Establishing the employer requirements in terms of suppliers' time schedules, and you ensure full implementation of the planning standards in the projects and for everyone working on them Embed the LEGO values and standards This role is an opportunity to apply your excellent planning process and stakeholder management skills to achieve consensus across a global organisation. Planning processes and stakeholder management Expert You could be an engineer or a construction architect or hold another relevant degree. But most importantly, you have planning experience combined with an interest in project management within construction Your stakeholder management skills are outstanding, and you are able to ensure alignment among numerous stakeholders You hold a certification within PMI, either a PMP or a PMI-SP Please state in your application where you would like to be based (either Denmark, US or China), and note that you should expect 20-30 annual travel days to other parts of the world A global mind-set and experience working with international teams are necessary to succeed in this role You speak and write English at a high level Bringing it to life "In this position, you will help standardise our planning processes and take on a global project portfolio where you will have real and tangible influence on how we do things," says Line Ørnstrup, Head of CFAC PMO.
