For our Site Training Coordination team within Offshore Project Site Execution, we are looking for a Certificate Coordinator who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality in our certificate system and processes. As a Certificate Coordinator, you will be playing an important role in ensuring that certificates are available for Offshore Projects. What are my responsibilities? As a Certificate Coordinator, you are required to ensure interface in regards to Certificate Clean-up between internal training centers and internal global stakeholders More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Secure optimized handling of certificates • Handling of missing certificate cases including global trouble shooting • Being the main driver of the Certificate Clean-up • Support internal stakeholders in the use of the certificate system • Uploading certificates to the certificate system and providing support globally (primarily in regards to newcomers) • Defining internal stakeholders’ User demands towards IT systems • Follow up on Clean-up status and continuously alignment with internal training centers and internal stakeholders • Participate in internal optimization projects, including securing and maintaining optimal internal processes and procedures • Supporting the other members of the Training Coordination Team in daily tasks You will have an outstanding opportunity of working in a cross-functionally and highly professionally business training environment. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You are able to work structured and organized, but can manage to keep several balls in the air at the same time. • You have operational experience with IT systems, preferably within project execution or training management • You have a technical mindset and moreover, you are innovative – but also realistic • You have good communication and coordination skills • You are fluent in English and possess good intercultural competences In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
