Deliver market-specific shopper marketing solutions As Project Manager in the LEGO® Shopper Marketing Agency (SMA), you join the LEGO Group to drive a global marketing agenda. You become part of a made-to-order team, who delivers targeted, market-specific shopper marketing solutions. Thus, you drive complex, often omnichannel, projects, which sometimes have to live and make an impact as sales-driven communication aimed at shoppers throughout an entire year. More specifically, you focus on market driven projects within different LEGO® Themes and deliver top class project management to support SMA, and you: Own the total project flow from clarification to concept development, production and final delivery Lead a project team of mainly creative professionals, driving team meetings, developing solutions, managing stakeholders, providing sparring and facilitating info on shopper marketing solutions Become responsible for developing plans and budgets as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and budget and that the quality of solutions lives up to our standards Drive projects for implementation across Europe, cooperating closely with internal partners in many different markets Trusted to perform You step into SMA, a LEGO In-house agency with 250 colleagues based at 7 locations across the globe. Together, we service the entire organisation with innovative, insights-driven shopper communication, e.g. in-store materials, e-commerce, shows and events, 3D models and various retail activation vehicles. Project management and marketing background The demands to Project Managers keep rising as new channels and platforms emerge. Thus, you need to act as an open-minded go-to person, who can create awesome cooperation, but you also need the authority to set a direction and secure successful project execution.
