Then join the High End Pump Software Department in Bjerringbro, Denmark, where you are part of an agile team of 6 experienced Software Developers. The team is working closely together with colleagues in India to ensure that we develop the right features for the products with the right quality. The department is right now responsible for the software used in all our high-end products and we will be an important part of the future common platform under development right now. This means integration of new technologies and several new ways of working, where we at the end will bring the platform into the products and where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality in close cooperation with the team. You can expect professional sparring which, I am sure, will challenge you and take your knowledge within software and test to another level,” Jan explains. What is the job about? You will work as a software developer together with the team and in addition, you will be the person responsible for developing and maintain the test systems within our department where test automation is essential. This entails analysing technical embedded software features and requirements, developing the software and specifying test cases accordingly as well as developing and maintaining test scripts for testing software executed on target. You work closely with our Continuous Integration Team that implement and maintain our Continuous Integration setup using Jenkins. You participate in developing and maintaining our Software Build and test architecture and collaborate with our colleagues at our sites Denmark, India & China that focus on tests. “A main focus for you in this position is on quality. You are in charge for the quality that we deliver as a team. So it is a challenge both to work implementing features and at the same time, being able to guide other colleagues ensuringquality of our overall work,” Jan says. What do you need to apply? You have an education as Engineer, Master of Science within software, Computer Scientist or similar combined with some years of experience within embedded programming and testing. Preferably, you have experience with Continuous Integration and delivery, and it is a plus if you have experience with global development and agile methods like Scrum. You speak and write fluent English. “On a personal level, you take the lead and guide colleagues as well to ensure quality in the work of the team.
