About the department Secondary Packaging and User Communication is a part of the Device Innovation Support area in Device Research & Development. We are a group of 10 highly dedicated and committed employees with a shared passion for user communication and secondary packaging. It is our responsibility to develop instruction guidelines and new packaging solutions for Novo Nordisk A/S medical devices, ensuring correct and safe usage of our products. The position Your primary tasks will be to develop user communication for our device development projects. The responsibility for user communication includes developing and maintaining user instructions and instruction videos for devices and container closure systems, providing an easy understanding and safe use of our devices. You will work closely together with design agencies, coordinate reviews and reach agreements prior to approval. You will participate in device development projects from the early stages and deliver timely, high quality inputs. This entails that you will have close cooperation with the device development team and other stakeholders. Qualifications You have worked within user communication for a minimum of 3 years. Ideally, this has provided you with solid experience with more than one of the following topics: project work, development of user communication including. Insight in human factors, Good documentation practise (GDP) within the Pharmaceutical business, Ccooperation with design and communication agencies and experience with development of secondary packaging. Most likely, you have a relevant academic background within communication, but it might be that you otherwise have obtained the right skills. You write and speak English at commercial correspondent level. You are a strong team player recognised for your interpersonal skills and your collaborative attitude. You have a high personal drive, are flexible and used to working in a dynamic environment. You are structured, thorough, result oriented and able to document your work.
