In the coming years Novo Nordisk will be launching new haemophilia products! This broadening of the product portfolio represents our ambition to change possibilities in haemophilia. The increase in number of products means that our planning function needs to be strengthened with a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner, who will be part of the Biopharmaceutical (Biopharm) Logistics, situated in Bagsværd. About the department The logistics department is responsible for operational, tactical and strategic production planning for all production steps throughout the Supply Chain. It requires deep understanding of the production set-up as well as a high degree of flexibility to deal with all the unforeseen challenges that is a natural happening as we are transferring these products from development in to production. In the short term the team will also be defining the planning process for the new products, as they are gradually being transferred from development to Product Supply For the right candidate this position is an opportunity to become part of a highly dynamic planning team and get a steep learning curve in to the future Biopharm production set-up and product portfolio. The Job An important part of this position is to secure stable production through efficient planning for both the existing and the new products. You will be leading the work in developing production plans as well as numerous analyses, which will be done in close collaboration with stakeholders within Novo Nordisk (i.e. CMC, production sites, the central SCM organisation, etc.). You are also expected to communicate these plans and analysis to decision makers at different levels in the organisation. Our ambition is to deliver high quality services to all our production sites and other stakeholders. Qualifications You hold a M.Sc. within Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other relevant educational background as well as some years’ experience in a similar planning job. You have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving and are good at communicator. You are a skilled Excel user. Experience with SAP APO and BW will be considered an advantage.
