Maersk Drilling is looking for a self-motivated and efficient HR Administrator who wants to be a part of a highly engaged and professional Global HR Services team. We Offer The Global HR Services team in Maersk Drilling is looking for a dedicated and professional person who is driven by the opportunity to provide administrative HR support to our organization. The Global HR Services team provides administrative support and advice to both our onshore and offshore organization. Being part of the team you will gain insight to the drilling industry and Maersk Drilling’s HR organization. You will be working with competent colleagues in a high-performing team in an ambitious, yet informal work environment. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for various day-to-day HR administrative tasks as well as ad-hoc queries. Your tasks will, among others, include: •Administration of personnel data and other data in our HR systems (e.g. SAP HR) •Handling of offshore contractual documents •Reporting •Scanning, administration and e-filing of various types of documents •Generate and print hard copy letters •Administration of various payroll related tasks •Assist with offshore job offers and contracts •Act as Subject Matter Expert within your areas of responsibility •Handle various celebrations in the organization •Provide support for any ad-hoc queries Who we are looking for A competent, service minded and energetic individual who thrives in a fast paced international environment. As a person you are helpful by nature and enjoy supporting your colleagues with both ad-hoc and repetitive assignments. You are attentive to details and have a structured approach to your work tasks. To apply for this position you must hold a valid Danish work and residence permit. Proficiency in Danish is not a requirement.
