In Maersk Oil Procurement we are progressing on a strategic leap from a traditional reactive Procurement function to a high value adding professional business partner. As Facility Manager your part of this journey will mainly be to ensure that key stakeholders in Maersk Oil’s Headquarter can focus on their key competencies (or disciplines) whilst Facility Management (FM) services are delivered and managed in a professional manner. Møller-Mærsk group, mainly our group FM department (HQFM), and internally in Maersk Oil Headquarter. Based on your experience gained in this position, we envisage that you will be able to move into one of our FM departments across the group. You will gain knowledge of how a strong safety culture and a professional FM service go hand-in-hand. Finally we will develop both you and the position through a more professional contract and contractor management scope. Key Responsibilities The position consists of a balanced portfolio of space management, incl. seating allocation, and FM coordination between Maersk Oil and our main service provider, HQFM. On the space management side, the portfolio includes managing our seating allocation model and the related seating plans for Maersk Oil’s headquarter. You will ensure a fair and transparent operating rhythm and continuously maximize the resources in the building. The FM coordination aspect is focused on getting the maximum value from the FM services we receive. This includes professional execution of the: • Coordination between Maersk Oil FM´s demands/projects and HQFM • Contract management and KPI follow up with HQFM • Budget, cost allocation, transfer pricing and invoice management In addition to this you will also be exposed to procurement tasks, depending on the workload within the main portfolio. The position reports to the head of Maersk Oil headquarter Procurement Operations. Who we are looking for We expect that you have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role in a bigger, international company. Your educational background is less important than your experience in the above mentioned fields and preferably also from “work space management”. As a person we expect you to be: • Analytically strong and used to manage different stakeholders across all levels of the organization. • Assertive in terms of project control, budgets and seating allocation. • Solution oriented and pragmatic, when needed • Strong individual contributor who can work independently but also has strong collaboration skills. *LI-HJ1 Last application date: 24 September 2015.
