We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer oriented Field Service Engineer for our Danish market that would enjoy representing Tetra Pak at customer plants. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the performance of Tetra Pak systems at the customers' plants in Denmark and occasionally abroad. You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. Main responsibilities Service assignments comprising mainly of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and customer training Technical assistance and commissioning of equipment included in our packaging lines which are under commercial launch Take an active role for improvement implementation Test, follow up, evaluation, validation and documentation of assignments Participating in new development project to gain knowledge in new design and functionality and later take an active role when the equipment is deployed to our final customers Solve and restore technical issues on installed packaging lines Qualifications Qualifications and expectations We believe that you are an independent self starter with a good sense of initiative. You also have the ability to make your own decisions and to solve problems under time pressure. In your way of working you are persistent and efficient and used to deliver against deadlines and commitments. You are customer and service oriented as a person. We believe that a successful candidate have a technical/electrical education or equivalent, covering both the electrical and the mechanical area with very good skills in the automation area. Added to this we appreciate if you have a genuine technical interest. A good command of both written and verbal English and Danish is necessary and you will make use of your driver's license that is required for the position.
