Copenhagen / Local / Finance-Accounting / Ref.: MO-079608 To provide reporting and interpretation of financial and operational performance for Maersk Oil as part of the Cost Transformation Programme ensuring the relevant support to the Project Team, SAP Team and the Business Units. We Offer This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate to obtain a strong global overview of the different operations within Maersk Oil. This candidate will be involved in a high priority objective for Maersk Oil and will play a key role in ensuring that Maersk Oil meets the overall Cost Transformation Targets and embeds a strong and sustainable cost culture. The Financial Analyst is the first point of contact for stakeholders to the Opportunity Register as well as actively involved in setting the Maersk Oil Standard for cost hierarchies in SAP, focusing on efficient cost analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Develop a reporting rhythm for the Opportunity Register • Work closely with the Business Units for regular updates on each initiative • Work closely with the Workstream Leads to establish key KPI’s and tracking mechanisms for each Initiative • Work with each Cost Transformation Stakeholder to support and enhance their understanding of the reporting processes and their responsibilities. • Identify and work closely with the key stakeholders for reporting of each initiative • Ensure that the reporting meets the requirements of MOET, APMM Group, etc • Work closely with Business Units to establish the Maersk Oil Standard for cost hierarchies in SAP Who we are looking for The ideal candidate has a master degree in finance and 3-5 years of finance experience. In addition the candidate should have: • A strong eye for details • A positive attitude to challenges, change and personal development • Ability to prioritize and act on own initiative • Ability to interpret and analyze financial information • Strong understanding of Joint Venture set ups in Oil and Gas Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
