You will be part of the transformation of Management system documentation from Word to XML format in a component content management project. We Offer Maersk Drilling’s management system is called SIRIUS, and it contains processes and documents for operating the offshore drilling rigs, as well as for managing the onshore location offices and headquarters. All processes and documents are currently saved in word format and will be transferred XML format as part of the new the component content management project. You will gain familiarity with information models and work within best practice guidelines for component content management projects. You will work with other skillful colleagues around the transfer process and can expect ample opportunities for personal and professional development and growth. As a part of the project you will be expected to work in cooperation with our team in Manila as well as coordinate and facilitate reviews and approval session with subject matter experts and business process owners. The position is a 2 year project position. Key Responsibilities You main responsibilities will be to: Ensure that the components are created and aligned according to the information model and in compliance with DITA standard. You will ensure that content is streamlined to the best possible extend and that the most optimal reuse of content is in place at all times. You must ensure that sufficient levels of conditions have been applied to the content in order to fulfil end user requirements. Assist in the coordination and documentation of the transfer process to ensure full traceability of the project. Coordinate and facilitate review and approval session with subject matter experts and business process owners. Drive continual improvement in the processes you work with and promote a culture of quality and excellence. The position will provide you with unique insight into Maersk Drilling’s business specifically and the oil & gas industry in general. Who we are looking for You have a bachelor’s degree with an IT background as a minimum and could be newly graduated or have a few years of experience. As a person you are meticulous, thorough, detail-oriented, careful and diligent. You work in a structured and systematic manner. Having experience with XML, Java or HTML is an advantage. You must be comfortable in a team environment and you must be able to communication clearly and proficiently in English.
