Real Estate & Facility Management (RE&FM) is worldwide responsible for governing Vestas' Real Estate and Facility Management interests. The international reach of RE&FM's obligations is reflected in a very diverse department, where a wide range of nationalities and professional expertise's are represented. Real Estate & Facility Management - Governance & Analysis The Governance & Analysis Department (G&A) defines systems, supports, monitors and follows up on all governance aspects related to Real Estate Management, Construction Management and Facility Management, globally. Responsibilities Being a Financial Controlling Specialist in G&A involves being Key-Account-Manager to a specific region on all services performed by G&A. Main focus will be on financial matters, but the main services related to the position also include non-financial responsibilities: 1. Follow up on and coordinate compliance with requirements. 2. Initiate and drive change. Implement regional and worldwide initiatives and projects. 3. Monitor and follow up on budgets and actuals for both Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX): •All tasks related to SAP BI •Facilitate budgeting process and analysis of both CAPEX and OPEX budgets •Budget transfer tasks and reporting •Creation and maintenance of Cost Centers •Ad-hoc tasks related to BI reports (e.g. follow up on specific costs; identifying and rectifying wrong postings) •Misc. reports ad-hoc: distribution of costs at regional level, GL nature, cost development etc. 4. Administration of Building Asset Management and Property Management setup: •Managing documentation related to Leases and Warranties in DMS (Document Management System in SAP) •Managing contract notices for timely action for upcoming expiring leases •Administration of warranty portfolio 5. Upload and maintenance of investment requests. 6. Generate input for monthly reporting on financial and non-financial KPI's. 7. Ad-hoc support related to governance of Vestas' Real Estate portfolio. Qualifications •Good skills within Microsoft Office package and ERP-systems (SAP and/or Mapics). •Master degree in Finance or Bachelor degree with equivalent work experiences may be sufficient. •Min. 3 year experience from a similar position. Competencies •Good cooperation skills. •Proven Project Management skills. •Good Communications skills in English - both written and spoken. •Systematic and result oriented. •Excellent analytical and financial skills. •Flexible and service minded; occasionally, the region may require services or need to have meetings, that lie outside normal Danish work hours due to the time difference between Denmark and the Region in question.
