Can you develop our organisation, our leaders, and employees? Are you passionate about HR and have solid business experience? Facilitate strategy implementation, organisational development, and much more As Global HR Partner your work will take a point of departure in the overall HR perspective for the division. As such you develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource related programs and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy. You will be a part of the management team and as a natural part of your job you act as a sparring partner to managers in relation to organisational matters and employees. Other key tasks are: •Initiate and manage business strategy driven organisational development •Lead Change Management initiatives with people impact •Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organisational/divisional and people performance through engagement •Develop/support excellent leadership in division •Create strategic workforce forecasting and identify strategic competencies for the future •Management coaching and development •Initiate/lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation and engagement within the division •Participate in group and global HR and divisional projects and continuous improvements •Create and maintain strong network among HR partners serving the division •Provide business priorities and annual goals to Centre of Excellence/HR Operations to ensure alignment •Manage and forecast People Cost (budget) •Participate in executive recruitment Business acumen and change management experience You have a relevant Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree, and several years’ experience in an international company. Here you have obtained solid experience working with the challenges in a large, global company where you have headed different change management initiatives. Execution is the crucial success factor in the job, and you are very capable at implementing HR processes across organisational and cultural boundaries. As you will be working with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds, it is essential that you understand cultural differences and can make yourself heard in the organisation as well as in the management team.
