We Offer Maersk Drilling is growing significantly these years and we are in the process of hiring 3000 new employees world-wide. With the 3000 new employees we are doubling our size in our key markets. This growth brings many opportunities and challenges. How do we develop 400 new leaders, teach them how we work, and what a good leader is in our company? How do we develop our culture through this transformation and ensure stellar performance during the growth? Does our growth entail added organisational complexity and if so, how can we stay effective and maintain clear roles and responsibilities? As Global Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness Manager you will join our team in Organisational Capabilities consisting of six people responsible for all Strategic HR development initiatives globally in Maersk Drilling and become part of a HR environment consisting of 55 HR professionals. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving and further developing our leadership philosophy and leadership model. You will drive our organisational effectiveness herunder organisational design and organisational change which is critical in our transformation. In sum you will be responsible for: • Leadership pipeline programmes and model • Team leadership development (Hogan, 360) • Organisational effectiveness, design, and change Who we are looking for You are a team player with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen. You see yourself as a business developer and will be able to grow our business via our leaders and our organisational culture. We are looking for a candidate with experience from a similar position or with a consultancy background. Minimum 8-10 years of experience is expected.
