Joining Jabra’s Insights team at our HQ in Ballerup, you will work closely with 3 colleagues who support the entire organization with market insights and recommendations on business opportunities, strengths and weaknesses.

Make us more data-driven
As our Global Market Insights Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Director for Insights in ensuring a data-driven decision-making in GN Audio – now and in the future. Collaborating with
management, retail, product development, R&D and marketing, you will look into market developments, how our products perform and our end users’ needs.

More specifically, you will:
• Collect and analyze market data with Excel, SAP and SPSS as your primary tools
• Collaborate with our suppliers regarding market analyses and data
• Evaluate existing and potential products, services and markets to support growth plans and development
• Present Jabra performance market insights and forecasts for senior management, our retail teams, product teams etc.
• Carry out competitor monitoring to identity their initiatives and performance
• Ensure compliance in our reporting processes

Solid experience and an analytical mindset
With your sound analytical skills and keen business sense, you are able to dig deep into data, identify business opportunities and translate insights into the solutions that bring the most business value. You have strong clout and are a skilled communicator, enabling you to make excellent management presentations and stand your ground in the process. Moreover, you:

• Have solid experience working with forecasting, reporting and databases
• Have strong Excel skills, and if you know SAP and SPSS it is an advantage
• Speak and write English effortlessly
