- to lead and support the controller and administration team in Project Site Execution For our Offshore Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Head of Business Administration (maternity replacement) to head our controller and administration team in Vejle. Siemens offshore wind is still expanding its activities, which offers good opportunities for a permanent position. What are my responsibilities? As a Head of Business Administration, you will head and develop the controller and administration team in project site execution. You will support the site organizations worldwide, primarily in Europe though. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • Develop the controlling and administration function in DK • Cost and profit centre results related to the department • Cost centre controlling and reporting for the Danish based departments • Budget process within project site execution • Managing commercial aspects in relation to site personnel, e.g. calculation of hourly rates, invoicing of projects, ensuring compliance with national regulation, administration of delegation procedures • Supporting the recruitment of blue collar workers and being responsible for on-boarding staff • Optimize and implement processes • Collaborate with the sister departments in UK and Germany in aligning procedures etc. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a relevant financial background combined with some years of experience with people management, preferably from an international organization. As a person, you are endowed with a talent for planning, organizing and problem solving, and you have an analytical and structured approach to your tasks. Furthermore, you are innovative and display readiness to changes, and you are moved by achieving the business goals. Besides, you have excellent communication and English skills, orally and in writing. If you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, your application is just as well appreciated.
