Danfoss is aiming to continuously enhance the service we provide to our customers. In order to improve key processes impacting customer service globally, Danfoss creates a position for a “Head of Customer Service Excellence”. Do you have intensive experience in establishing and managing customer service centers and in optimizing key service processes? Are you passionate about creating positive customer experience through seamless internal and customer facing processes? Do you feel familiar with new solutions inside the field of e-commerce, e-business and Digital Marketing? Then you might be our new “Head of Customer Service Excellence”. As such you will be part of a global team with people inspired to make a difference. You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing Program – part of Danfoss Business Systems. You will continuously improve our customer service related processes and develop “Customer Service” into a well-recognized core discipline within Danfoss. You will work closely together with regional Customer Service Heads, IT and cross functional stakeholders. Expect around 50% travel activity globally. Increase Customer Loyalty by establishing Best in Class Customer Service processes globally. Formulate Danfoss Group customer service future state, strategy and roadmap. Other key responsibilities are to: •Increase Customer Loyalty by ensuring an effortless and smooth customer buying cycle •Decrease internal complexity by ensuring consistency in our internal platforms and eliminate internal inefficiencies •Increase Brand Perception by ensuring One Company approach towards our customers •Increase Quality of Customer Service Processes by process documentation, implementation, training and KPI tracking •Execute regional Pilots in selected regions •Establish basic foundation (IT, HR, core processes) Extensive Sales, Service or Marketing experience, strong business insights and project management skills. •Master Degree in Business, Technology, Management or equivalent •Minimum 5-10 years Sales, Service or Marketing experience (also as Consultant) in global environment (preferably B2B) •Many years of experience in the field of Customer Service/Call Center •Extensive experience in leading people/teams and project management •Ideally you have worked with or you have implemented Salesforce.com as being our future CRM platform Strategic/visionary thinking combined with a “hands on” mentality to get things done. •Customer Focus, Passion for creating positive Customer Experience •Strong Influencing skills and communication skills •Good understanding of and openness for new technologies •Strong drive and passion for results: Change Leadership •Process Mapping/Documentation •Global team player, effective and reliable team-builder with good communication skills at all levels •Challenge seeker, ambitious with strong personal drive •Results oriented •Flexible and prepared for global travel activities •Very strong English skills both in speaking and writing For further information about the position, please contact Evgenia Wittal, Recruitment Consultant on +49 69 8902 384.
