We are now searching for a new colleague, a HR development coordinator who will be working closely and proactively with HR colleagues and other internal and external partners to co-ordinate the work related to deploying and/or delivering HR systems, policies, processes and programmes across the Nets group. The position will be based in Copenhagen, Ballerup. Nets HR plays an active role in contributing to the transformation of Nets. Our focus in HRD is to Develop, Deploy & Deliver to support the company strategy by building Leadership, Talent, Performance & Culture. We are a small an effective team, with emphasis in being proactive and business oriented. Key reponsibilities and tasks •Administer the Corporate Development Policy and coordinate the company training curriculum and training data, incl. maintaining overview of all training & development initiatives, track and report on training outcome & create training statistics •Administer the learning management solution and handlie training participant communication •Owner of the Nets e-learning system, by co-ordinating Corporate e-learning activities and administer the program as well as building relevant e-learning courses •Create an overview of competences across the organisation, by administration of job roles and tracking of competence levels. •Conducting training needs assessment as well as implementation of training and development plans •Plan and coordinate delivery of functional competence working with internal stakeholders and with various external suppliers •Implement and update different learning solutions •Superuser of HRD IT software: SAP Learning solution, Successfactors, Questback and e-learning tools •Support in HRD initiatives, e.g. event arrangements, workshops, employee surveys Preferred background and qualifications •BsC, within the areas of Business, HR, Educations or similar •2-3 years’ working experience from within HR or consultancy •Important to have interest in IT systems and beneficial to have experience in different HR tools (e.g Success Factors, SAP Learning Solution, Questback, Mohive) •Superuser with MS Office •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and either DK, NO, FI or SE •Beneficial to have experience with organizing events and or courses Preferred personal qualities •Business and customer oriented •Highly focused and with positive energy •Excellent organisational, planning, communication and relationship skills •Good technical skills •Proactive highly focused person with positive energy and open minded We can offer you •Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes •Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development •The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development •A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality •A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena Region: Region Hovedstaden Application deadline: 24/02/2016 But we will review candidates ongoing Expected Start Date: 01/04/2016 Location: Ballerup, Copenhagen Contacts: Pia-Maria Murtomäki Mobile: +358 400925845 Home page: http://www.nets.eu
