Your responsibilities as Validation Consultant Through close cooperation with the customer and project management you use your analytical skills to validate IT systems and ensure that they meet user requirements and regulatory requirements. You will primarily be on tasks for Life Science customers but it can also be in other regulated industries. It is important that you can adapt yourself to each client's needs and interpretation of regulatory requirements as they may be very different. In the position you will be responsible for quality planning, use your experience in risk-based quality assurance and ensuring the development of specifications and test strategies, so the total IT delivery meets customer needs and regulatory requirements. You are also responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of the system verification with the test responsible and ensuring that it is delivered on time. You follow up on project milestones and ensure reporting on the quality assurance activities. You must always be at the forefront of the latest knowledge in the field and you put your knowledge into play in your projects with the customer. You must also help to develop our growing portfolio of valuable services by consulting our clients in the best way. The position gives you a high degree of international aspects, both with opportunities to travel to our European customers, as well as via your responsibility for offshore work in our offices in China. You will be part of our Compliance & Validation team You will be colleague to 40 skilled consultants in Denmark and about 35 colleagues in China and the Philippines. We are delivering consulting services focused on validation and quality management of IT systems, primarily within the Life Science segment, but also other regulated industries. In addition to taking responsibility for complex consulting services in large IT development projects, we also provide customers with strategic advice on compliance with regulatory requirements (validation, quality assurance and documentation) and process improvements in IT systems, ongoing maintenance and operation. It is important for us that you continuously develop personally and professionally. Therefore, we focus on your skills through interesting assignments, relevant training, and personal development plans. Qualifications and experience The Compliance & Validation team consist of people who have many different backgrounds and therefore you can have the same. You might already come with experience from quality assurance of software development, IT-validation, CMMI or you might have experience as a project quality responsible or have an auditor background but you can also come from Testing/Test Management and want not only to focus on test but the whole quality assurance and validation track. You can also come from the pharmaceutical industry and have knowledge of GxP requirements. The important thing is that you can say yes to at least two of these three: knowledge of IT/software development (e.g. the V-Model, agile development, user & functional requirements and testing), GxP requirements and having a consultancy mind-set. You love being close to the clients, understanding their business, spar with them at a high professional level and consult them in how to secure the right quality to their system requirements.
