Would you like to take part in achieving the ambitious goals Cheminova have set for our business in Global HR? In Cheminova we are establishing and developing our HR organization. At the moment we have a structure with a local, regional and global setting. The Global HR department is working with strategy and process development as well as practical execution of initiatives that are designed and targeting the global organization. As our new Specialist, you will be an important part of the structuring, coordination and execution of global people development initiatives – such as: • Designing and the implementation of Management and employee appraisals programs • Developing Successor planning and emerging leader programs • Identifying, customizing and delivering (cost-efficient) training solutions for both teams and individuals • Developing competency based programs tied to business strategies and goals • Establishing career development program You will report directly to the Senior Vice President HR & Communication and have a high degree of independence within your well-defined area of responsibilities. You should expect limited travel activities. Place of work will be at Cheminova’s head office. Your qualifications: • Theoretical education within HR, Business Administration or a foundation from many years of practical execution within HR • Preferably 2-3 years of work experience from a similar position within a HR function in an international company • Preferably a Project Management education or strong experience with Project Management • Good understanding of corporate HR and development HR in particular • The ability to deliver quality work under pressure with tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English Personal skills: • You have the ability to keep the big picture in mind while at the same time ensuring details • You have understanding of strategic, tactical and operational execution • You have excellent coordination skills • You manage both diplomacy and push/pull situations • You seek continuous improvements to raise standards and reduce errors Further information: If you require further information about the job, please contact HR Specialist Jens Peter Kristensen – phone +45 9690 9687.
