We offer an independent and developing position with a wide range of HR functions and with reporting to the senior vice president of ‘People, Safety and Quality’. Motivation, job satisfaction and competency development are all areas prioritised by our business strategy 2020, and you will be one of the key persons involved in the implementation of HR’s contribution to the strategy. You will also be a HR partner for the company divisions and Group Support. Responsibilities and tasks: Additionally, you will work on a variety of traditional HR functions, including: •Management consultancy •Competency development •Organisational development •Recruitment and onboarding •Educational guidance and many other HR activities for internal customers. You will be responsible for cross-HR projects and must ensure that activities are consistent with overall policies. Professional qualifications: •Minimum 5 years of HR experience at operational and tactical level •Experience with the implementation of HR projects, including motivation and job satisfaction •Recruitment experience •Experience from HRD (Human Resource Development) assignments •Relevant HR training (preferably BCom or similar) •You speak and write English and Danish. English is our corporate language Personal characteristics: You have a forceful personality and are good at multitasking. You also have a result-oriented and business approach and an open and trustworthy manner. You communicate easily at all organisational levels and have strong interpersonal relations.
