Productivity and Project Management is a central and dynamic team within Global Business Improvement, supporting the Service business by managing business improvement projects at top management level. The team is located at the global head office in Brande (Denmark). We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Internal Project Manager, who is eager to face challenging business improvement projects with high management focus and visibility and interested in working closely with an equally dedicated team. As Internal Project Manager in this team, you will manage long term global IT related projects in close collaboration with IT Account Management. This based on requirements from the Service business in order to optimize processes and bring down the cost of servicing wind turbines all over the world. What are my responsibilities? • Identify and engage project-relevant stakeholders to ensure an aligned communication and decision making process • Preparing business cases for the projects in collaboration with the ordering party and key stakeholders • Manage the projects according to PM (at) Siemens, within budget, quality and time with clear fulfillment of key performance indicators • Demonstrate intercultural leadership by leading, managing and supervising the assigned global project teams and related experts with different cultural backgrounds • Driving the derivation of concrete productivity measures to constantly increase the productivity within the organization • Support the definition of the IT strategy and setting up long term IT roadmaps for the IT landscape in close collaboration with HQ functions and IT Account Management • Coach, mentor and train junior colleagues What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a relevant Master’s degree in IT, business administration or similar and several years of international project management experience driving various long term IT projects • You have expert knowledge of project methodology, e.g. PM (at) Siemens • In depth knowledge of business processes and diversified and wide-spread knowledge of general IT services, platforms and knowledge of system integration • Advanced MS Office user (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel) • You possess strong decision-making skills and are capable of interacting professionally across all organizational levels, functions and cultures • You are self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong drive and a strategic mindset and are used to executive management exposure • You thrive in an international and multicultural matrix organization and are a strong communicator with excellent English skills both orally and in writing, and.
