Productivity Performance Management is a small, central and dynamic team, dedicated to ensuring cost competitiveness and productivity improvement throughout Wind Service global organization and regions, reporting progress directly to Siemens Wind Service management. Location for this function is our global head office in Brande, Denmark. What are my responsibilities? As Senior Program Manager for our Productivity Performance Management department, you will independently develop and drive the productivity improvement program throughout Siemens Wind Service and proactively provide top management with sufficient reporting and observations for informed decision-making. More specifically, your assignments will cover: · Managing the global productivity improvement program by constantly keeping momentum in the program · Ensuring the translation of our strategic cost reduction and productivity targets into operational execution and key initiatives by following up on the initiatives and challenging the organizations · Actively driving and improving best practice sharing across organizations and regions and with the highest potential and top management focus · Reporting monthly progress to top management and constantly improving necessary processes, tools and reporting frameworks · Preparing, coordinating and facilitating audits and reviews and acting as quality gate keeper towards regions and HQs functions to keep the highest level of quality on continuous basis What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant Master’s degree in Business Administration or the like and 5+ years of commercial/economical work experience from the wind industry or from another technical environment. · In addition, you have the potential to further develop your managerial skills. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
