Responsibilities The Head of eProducts will design and deliver solutions that support Vestas Business in offering solutions to our customers as well as support them in an increasingly digital BtB interactive operating model. This responsibility covers a significant part of Vestas’ global operating model from the sales process to servicing the installed base and supporting Vestas’ customers with value propositions based on eProducts. eProducts is a large and fast growing part of Global IT and manages the responsibility for a number of initiatives and applications: SAP Portal Vestas Customer Portal User experience High Performance Computing Big Data eBusiness Smart Data The responsibility also includes delivering to a portfolio of ongoing project development areas and applications: Operational Support Service in-sourced Vestas Enterprise Portal eCommerce portfolio Service Mobility Online invoice access for Service In general the role is responsible for management of IT offerings and business stakeholder relationships within the following domains: Service Product Management Technology and Service Solutions in the area of eProducts Qualifications Your educational background is Master’s degree in engineering, IT, economics or similar. Furthermore we expect that you have: 10+ years with IT in a strategic enterprise context developing complex customized solutions. Experience with and solid understanding of innovative client oriented digital solutions. Experience with sourced environments. Solid understanding of the value chain and business drivers in engineering and manufacturing. Experience with product and/or services development through technology enabling. Experience from international organizations. Experience from a role at an engineering or manufacturing company as for example Director or Program Director or alternatively from an IT consultancy as a Senior Manager/Director or Program leader You are fluent in English, orally and in writing.
