Description IT Solutions Support – Coordination – Process Improvement As a Project Manager, you will be providing support for Radiometers software and connectivity solutions – both on technical matters and the overall support processes. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a team developing and maintaining life-impacting, high quality medical software solutions. Furthermore, software and connectivity solutions are important at a strategic level for Radiometer, and you will be part of bringing these solutions to our customers’ world-wide. The team is currently 5 people with the challenge of covering Radiometer’s IT products in various parts of the product life-cycle – legacy products, newly introduced products, and products in development as part of Radiometer’s IT strategy. The job Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Provide technical solutions to issues reported by our field IT Specialists. •Create full transparency on business-critical issues (communication and action plans) and work in close collaboration with our field IT specialists to drive the plans to resolution. •Drive development and continuous improvement of support processes within Radiometer Medical as well as our subsidiaries. •Driving internal R&D cross-team (analyzer devices/IT products) projects and initiatives to improve Radiometer’s overall connectivity solution. Travel activity of approx. 20 to 30 days per year is to be expected.
