- IT - Denmark - Bagsværd Novo Nordisk is looking for an IT Security Specialist to work within the IT Security organisation, with particular focus on IT security in the manufacturing areas. Novo Nordisk IT Security is a small team of highly skilled IT Security specialists responsible for the security of major IT projects, systems, infrastructure and operations in Novo Nordisk, including the manufacturing areas (Product Supply). The global IT landscape in Novo Nordisk covers more than 38.000 clients worldwide, with major business processes covered by systems based on SAP, Siemens, Microsoft and Oracle. About the department The global IT Security organisation is tasked with the mandate of securing this before mentioned landscape and has increased in focus and importance in recent times. The department has seen rapid growth in recent years and has now expanded to include IT Security for manufacturing systems. Many major initiatives and projects are ongoing, making this an exciting and dynamic place to work as an IT Security Specialist. The job As an IT Security Specialist, you interact with our manufacturing sites and understand the particular challenges in working with IT Security in Industrial Control Systems. You will help to improve the baseline security controls in production systems and will work with projects to ensure security is considered and implemented from the very start. You will spend time investigating and resolving security incidents in the manufacturing areas and identify ways to protect some of Novo Nordisk’s most important assets. You thrive in an international project environment and you are comfortable with complex challenges. You enjoy working with ambitious goals and can stand up to the pressure that comes with working in a highly visible area running high-profile projects. You have a good technical understanding of security and risk management – It is expected that you have experience with industrial control systems or manufacturing environment. Qualifications You have 5+ years of experience working within IT Security and have a good understanding of the principles central to both Industrial and Enterprise IT Security and you hold at least one recognized security certification e.g. CISM or CISSP. A Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering is preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite. The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark but some business travel is expected.
