Junior Account Manager, LEGO® Education Do you have a passion for sales via partners in the North European markets? Do you have the global experience needed to work in a highly independent position where you use your sales skills to open new doors? Then come and join our European sales team in Billund, Denmark. Sell and market LEGO Education solutions to educational institutions through partners in assigned territories within the North European markets LEGO Education is a business unit within the LEGO Group being responsible for developing and selling educational solutions tailored specifically for the international educational market. As a Jr. Account Manager you are responsible for managing own certified customer portfolio across North Europe and Iberia by working closely with them. Moreover you will support the sales team on back office tasks like forecast, Profit and Lost Management, coordination and execution of key projects. The position is within the Partner Sales team and focuses on supporting our partner accounts in especially Northern Europe and Iberia as well as supporting cross-functional tasks in the European trade business area. More specifically your key activities will include: Sales planning and support by developing forecast standards, collecting forecasts, selling out from trade partners and consolidating input for area. Account management in terms of increasing sales to current partners through new initiatives, portfolio optimization and to generate new sales. Partnership Development by planning and executing training of trade partners in e.g. brand representation, marketing, sales practices and portfolio understanding. Event Management by taking the lead on coordination of regional LEGO Education (and partners) PR/Marketing events and representation of LEGO Education at regional events. As part of Marketing Management you will further develop market planning processes and consolidate/review input from partners. We have high growth ambitions in the coming years and a natural part of this makes it important for us to build and harvest the potential in the selected markets, where tendered and other projects are an important success factor. With proven results and the right competencies we intent you to promote as Account Manager within a scope of 2 years. The global nature of your role takes you traveling approx. 40-60 days per year.
