Would you like to join our innovative marketing team and strengthen the link between social media and overall communication strategy? This is an opportunity to use your passion for social media and digital content to bring engaging experiences to pre-schoolers and their moms. Focus on an integrated marketing approach Your overall goal is to support an increased focus on social media and content for our preschool target group and ensure an integrated marketing approach. As such, you will: Work with the Marketing Lead to develop and implement a social media marketing and content strategy supporting the overall communication strategy Own the implementation of the digital content tool box, including creating an integrated digital toolbox for the target group together with the Digital Experience Manager Manage and develop a best-in-class LEGO® Preschool hub, focusing on content development and distribution as well as building a relationship with our target group Work with markets on implementation and guide them in social media and content marketing Align and ensure agreement with markets, balancing the different needs and stages of digital penetration and changing media behaviour of pre-school moms You will be a part of a team of 6 marketers who are passionate about creating products, packaging, TV commercials, in-store campaigns and content for preschoolers. The marketing lead on the product line is overall responsible for the business and the communication, but you will be driving your own areas of expertise. Collaboration and creativity In a culture that is famous for collaboration and creativity, you will work closely with the marketing lead, your marketing colleagues, our social media team, digital experience manager and many more to meet the developing needs of our consumers – pre-schoolers and their moms. As part of the global Marketing Department you will join a consumer driven organisation that focuses on listening to and engaging with consumers to truly understand their needs and behaviours. Passionate about social media & content and a master collaborator In this position, your strong collaboration skills are essential when working with and aligning a broad array of different stakeholders with various levels of social media knowledge. You are a skilled marketer with expertise and passion for creating a rich and deeper content experience across various digital platforms.
