Lærer til A-afdelingen på Vigersted Skole Vigersted Skole søger lærere til A-afdelingen. A-afd. er en specialafdeling for elever fra 6 – 16 år med Autisme Spektrum Forstyrrelser (ASF). Undervisningen og SFO er organiseret som et helhedslignende tilbud. Vigersted Skole er en folkeskole med 350 elever fra børnehaveklassen til 9. klasse samt SFO med plads til 100 børn. Skolens samlede personale er på omkring 65 personer. Vi tilbyder • Et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø med fokus på videreudvikling af den inkluderende pædagogik for hele Vigersted skole. • Et åbent og ligefremt samarbejdsklima. • Et spændende arbejde med implementeringen af den nye folkeskolereform i en specialafdeling - i tæt samarbejde med distriktsskolen. • Et godt samarbejde mellem lærere og pædagoger. Vi forventer at du: • Ser en udfordring i at arbejde med børn med ASF, • Har dokumenteret erfaring med arbejdet med børn med ASF og gerne kendskab til undervisning af elever med ADHD (som tillægsdiagnose) • Er rummelig, fleksibel, robust og god til at strukturere, • Har gode samarbejdsevner og er parat til at indgå i et tæt teamsamarbejde med lærere og pædagoger, • Har linjefag i dansk, tysk og gerne i naturfag. Nogle fag som prøveforberedende med efterfølgende prøveafvikling. • Er IT-minded og kan anvende IT ud fra fagdidaktiske overvejelser, da vi arbejder med smartboard og IPads • Er åben, lyttende og kan skabe respekt om sin person Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår sker efter gældende overenskomst og aftale om Ny løn.
