Hvad tilbyder vi? Would you like to play a key role in designing and delivering high impact product & application training solutions and curricula to a cross-functional global audience in Grundfos? You will join the Poul Due Jensen Academy (PDJA) – Grundfos’ corporate academy with 22 employees. We create and enable learning for the global Grundfos organisation, striving to use the latest learning technologies and best practices. The learning we produce and transfer is plugged into the business needs of Grundfos, and we deliver our training based on a professional blended learning platform. You will join a team of 4 that works closely with sales training, and your focus will be on the technical aspects. You will refer to Department Head, Gunnar Tindborg. “You start with a clean slate and get to build up a new curriculum for our technical training, which can potentially have a huge effect on Grundfos’ results. So this is an opportunity to do a rather substantial amount of pioneering work and leave your mark,” Gunnar says. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As Learning Consultant, you are responsible for consulting with the business to identify learning needs, challenge the business to address their needs, timeframe, success criteria, etc. Further, your role is that of technical expert in charge of designing and developing the learning and development solutions. When the learning solution is ready for execution and delivery, you also play a role either as trainer, facilitator, supervisor or you train the trainer. You are accountable from the need arises in the business until the learning solution has been successfully delivered. Your time is divided evenly between consulting the business and developing and delivering solutions. Your solutions must align with the PDJA and business strategies and needs, while being effective in terms of achieving the learning goals, and efficient in terms of development time and audience reach. The development activities are continuous as the needs of the business are constantly changing and we intend tobuild a comprehensive curriculum with specialised and advanced learning solutions. “We strive to deliver strong solutions that guarantee a good learning experience for people and there are many ways of doing this. The biggest challenge in this job is to master a position where you use your solid technical skills to deliver a good learning experience,” Gunnar explains. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You most likely have a bachelor in engineering combined with experience in learning and development or training. Very important is also, that you have a holistic and strategic approach and the ability to conceptualize learning solutions based on the business needs. We are experts in various learning disciplines in our department, so your colleagues will provide a lot of support in this area, if you need it. It is essential that you have consultative skills and communicate easily with various people in the needs discovery phase, while working structured and persistently in the design, development and delivery phase. Furthermore, you must be able to communicate with and challenge stakeholders to ensure that they receive the right learning solutions for their needs. Fluent English in writing and speech is a prerequisite. “We are experts in learning in our department, so the most important qualification is the technical acumen and a passion for getting up in front of people and trainingthem.
