For our Wind University we are looking for a new learning coordinator. Wind University is a global function responsible for Product Learning in Wind Power. We develop, organize product specific trainings and are the global owner and developer of the Learning Management System & Qualification management system in Wind Power. What are my responsibilities Planning, scheduling, administering and coordinating training programs Coordinating details with trainers and participants Administrating training data, e.g. participant lists, enrolments, invitations, certificates and expiry dates, ensuring cost/billing for courses Supporting departments and employees in training information and requests Updating training materials and creating core data in IT systems Evaluating and adjusting the programs What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a business administration/bachelor background combined with some years of experience with administration of training programs or a job with a high degree of coordination and planning You are familiar with Learning Management IT systems As a person you are service-minded and customer-oriented. You have a positive mindset and like to coordinate and make things happen You are a strong communicator and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
