Manager, Corporate Performance Management We are looking for a manager to join the department Finance Management Planning & Performance within Business Finance. The department handles target setting, financial and process planning as well as management reporting and performance management, linking corporate strategy, business strategy and financials across Novozymes. You will be member of a small team driving implementation of Corporate Performance Management in close collaboration with different stakeholders across the entire organization. You will be responsible for driving implementation of corporate performance management framework and processes across functional business areas in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also drive corporate scorecard development and cascading, while ensuring alignment with corporate and functional strategic priorities and projects. You will also be preparing performance reporting to senior executive management including ad-hoc analytical deep dives in collaboration with key stakeholders. Finally, you will drive collaboration and coordination with different cross-functional planning units and drive communication and change management efforts required for organisational alignment. Qualifications Financial background at Master or MBA level, and strong command of the theoretical and practical aspects of strategy, financials, and performance improvement programs Background from corporate performance management, finance management, transaction services and/ or management consulting with minimum 5 years of experience Preferred experience from successful implementation of corporate performance management from an international blue chip company Solid experience in preparation and development of performance management reporting to senior executive management driving impact and decision making Ability to facilitate and conclude strategic and commercial discussions at VP, SVP or EVP level as sparring partner for senior decision makers.
